Micro Machines has a collection of five cars in 1:200 scale, which includes a Jaguar Mark II and an E-Type. The collection is "Micro Machines 1996 Euro Sport Collection #5", and is available at large toy stores (got mine at Toys R Us). The manufacturer is (was?) http://www.galoob.com/.

Does anybody have a list of E-Type 2+2 / Coupe / Roadster models which have been or still are available - no matter which material and scale ?

No. But Phillip Porter's "Jaguar E-Type The Definitive History" has two chapters devoted to models. One is a photo essay about his own collection. The other is an attempt at a comprehensive list, but many of the ones above are not listed.
